📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of aerospace projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and innovation in our aerospace projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, project managers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of aerospace projects.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety and quality standards.
• Represent PT AeroNusa Innovasi in industry forums and conferences to promote our projects and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the aerospace industry to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong understanding of aerospace standards and regulations, including ISO, AS9100, and FAA/EASA.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
