📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial facility, ensuring all building systems are running efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan and execute facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Building Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial facilities.
• Proven experience in overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
