📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement communication strategies to support project and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
• Create and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
• Manage communication tools and platforms, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Trello.
• Facilitate communication workshops and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in communication and change management.
• Support the project manager in ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, project management, or change management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
