📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, contact, and convert potential clients into paying customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute high-impact BTL (Below The Line) campaigns, including in-store activations, pop-up events, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage leads and track performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our client base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BTL sales, business development, or a similar role in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the beauty and lifestyle industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
