📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and feedback promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce logistics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fulfillment or warehouse operations role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA is a plus.
• Certification in Certified in Warehouse Operations (CWO) or similar is a plus.
