📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Manage and develop a team of dermatologists, aestheticians, and support staff.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure the clinic meets and exceeds quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle client consultations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services and special offers.
• Monitor financial performance and report to the regional management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or managerial role within the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using clinic management software such as Practice Fusion or NextGen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dermatological treatments and skincare products is a plus.
