Hi Joopo Hotpot is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team in Jakarta Raya. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of restaurant operations, technology, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Learn and use point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills
• Support the team in preparing and serving hotpot dishes
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Learn and apply best practices in food safety and hygiene

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality-related role (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and hotpot preparation (an advantage)
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to grow professionally
