📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Represent Mowilex Indonesia at industry events and conferences
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint and coatings industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus
