📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
