📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Conduct documentation reviews and provide feedback to improve quality.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our documentation projects.,Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
