🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Knowledge of team-building activities and conflict resolution techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
