🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field,Strong knowledge of sub-lease agreements and property management laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with property management software and systems
