Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
