📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs aligned with company objectives.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet performance standards.,Assess and evaluate the performance of junior instructors to provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.,Provide excellent customer service to participants and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful training program delivery.,Strong mentoring and coaching skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
