📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
