📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in stock management and ensure product availability.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in inventory control and reporting.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Willingness to work remote and follow company policies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
