📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
