📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.,Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.,Manage material procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials.,Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor the production planning and inventory control team to drive operational excellence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
