Urban Zone Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care and support to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients.,Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.,Monitor and report on medication adherence and patient outcomes.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medications and treatments.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior pharmacy staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Experience in patient education and counseling is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
