📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of medications, ensuring stock levels are adequate and up-to-date.,Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and healthcare professionals.,Conduct medication reconciliation and ensure accurate documentation.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Professional certification from a reputable pharmacy board (e.g., SIPA, SIPK).,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
