Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Plan and organize events, coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies for banquet events.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Train and develop banquet staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with local customs and traditions for event planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
