📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
