📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the section.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Overseeing the implementation of company policies and procedures within the section.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members and providing feedback and coaching.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the section in meetings and interactions with other departments and stakeholders.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the section.,Ensuring the section's contribution to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
