Bahagia Jaya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.

Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
