📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
• Assist with guest requests, including reservations, room upgrades, and special accommodations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Promote local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest areas.
• Maintain accurate records using PMS and CRM systems.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a high-end resort or hotel setting.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages (e.g., French, German, Mandarin) a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in PMS and CRM systems.
