Cafe Indra Digital is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
  • Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.
  • Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on vehicle performance and maintenance.
  • Provide support to the logistics team as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
