Royal Urban Indonesia is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is based in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team in the planning and execution of logistics activities.,Ensure the safety of drivers and passengers by enforcing all safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
