📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the clinic operates within its budget.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus.
