📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
