As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Director in managing and optimizing our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Support the Finance Director in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Assist in the coordination and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the Finance Director in managing relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Assist in the preparation of financial projections and scenarios for strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
