📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Handle any warehouse-related disputes or issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and fairly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
